Accounts Payable Manager - Oxford (3 days in office) - £55,000 to £60,000

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking to join a supportive, international business with plenty of variety in your role? This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative finance team, working across multiple currencies and regions.

As the Accounts Payable Manager, on a day-to-day basis you will be:

  • Managing the AP Team (6 individuals)
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Maintaining and improving internal controls related to AP processes.
  • Ensuring all supplier accounts are regularly reconciled and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Supporting the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Responding to escalated supplier queries and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Overseeing the processing of high-volume supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment runs.
  • Monitoring AP workflows to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal departments and external suppliers regarding AP issues.
