Job summary

Concurrent in Colchester is seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to join our finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you''ll lead and develop a small AP team while ensuring accurate records and timely invoice processing.

You'll oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow support, and credit control, partnering with Procurement, Internal Sales, and Engineering to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small accounts payable team
• Strong focus on accuracy and process improvement
• Ability to build relationships across the business

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a two-person AP team
• Maintain accurate financial records (AP/AR)
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing and timeliness
• Oversee bank reconciliations and support banking activities
