Job summary

Lucion Group in Preston Brook is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy finance team. You will own the day-to-day accounts payable function, manage supplier invoices, and supervise one other team member in a hands-on role.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and will oversee payment runs while maintaining accurate records within a dynamic finance environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced within accounts payable / purchase ledger.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing priorities and working to deadlines.
• Able to manage own workload while supporting another team member.
• Strong communicator with supplier and internal stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Take ownership of the day-to-day accounts payable function.
• Manage and coordinate regular payment runs.
• Prioritise invoices and payments according to business requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure invoices are properly approved, coded and processed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency within accounts payable.
