This role involves supervising the REIOPS’ Accounts Payable function, including the administration of the Construction Industry Scheme and control of the Central Disbursement Bank account, ensuring adherence to standards, procedures, and deadlines. Responsibilities include review and approval of property service charge reconciliations, supervision of property insurance administration, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 3, including staff development, appraisals, recruitment, and motivation.
• Oversee Accounts Payable to meet standards and deadlines, minimize rejections, and ensure quality service.
• Manage supplier setup and GDPR compliance for suppliers.
• Oversee purchase order processes, construction industry scheme administration, and bank account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly KPIs and management reports.
• Manage insurance payments, recoveries, and claims processing.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee managing agents' controls.
• Provide management information and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
