Job summary

Solace Women's Aid is seeking an Accounts Payable Finance Officer to join our finance team in London. You will process supplier invoices and staff expenses, ensure accuracy, and support the accounts payable function with strong adherence to policy and GDPR compliance.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar AP role, be proficient in accounting systems and Excel, and may be studying towards an accounting qualification such as AAT.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and supplier invoices processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.
• Studying towards an accounting qualification such as AAT.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and staff expenses in the finance system following policy.
• Produce timely payments and reconcile queries with stakeholders.
• Support reporting and month-end activities within deadlines.
