Solace Women's Aid seeks an Accounts Payable Finance Officer to join the Finance Team in London. You will process supplier invoices and staff expenses, manage payments, and ensure accuracy in line with policy.

The role requires experience in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting systems. You may be qualified by experience and may be studying towards an accounting qualification such as AAT.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar accounts payable role.
• Ability to process supplier invoices and staff expenses.
• Qualified by experience or studying towards an accounting qualification such as AAT.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices and staff expenses using the finance system.
• Support management of accounts payable and produce reports within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with policy and GDPR when handling confidential information.
• Collaborate with non-financial colleagues and external stakeholders.
