Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join a prestigious, international law firm in London on a temporary basis. Experience with Aderant and Chrome River is essential. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire AP function of the London office. Key responsibilities include:

1. Processing invoices and reimbursements using Chrome River and Aderant
2. Reconciling credit card transactions and ensuring accurate coding
3. Preparing payment runs and managing manual bank postings
4. Maintaining electronic filing of financial documents
5. Providing responsive service to vendors and staff
6. Monitoring daily bank activity and notifying partners of receipts
7. Posting payments and direct debits
8. Managing monthly bank reconciliations and supporting audits
9. Collaborating with global colleagues and supporting client account tasks
