Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a manufacturing site in Fleckney, Leicestershire. This full-time, on-site role involves processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements and chasing purchase orders to keep the AP inbox moving.

You will use SAGE daily and communicate by email and phone. The position offers a permanent contract from day one and standard hours with an early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in transactional finance and accounts payable.
• Ability to commute to Fleckney, Leicestershire daily.
• Experience using SAGE for supplier invoices and reconciliations.

Do you have a strong background in UK accounts payable (this is a dealbreaker ) ?

We re hiring two experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the accounts payable team at a manufacturing site in Fleckney.

What you ll be doing

• Importing supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Chasing purchase orders
• Monitoring the shared accounts inbox
• Using SAGE, email and the phone to keep things moving

What we re looking for

You ll have experience in transactional finance, be comfortable with the tasks above and be able to commute to Fleckney each day.

What you ll get
