Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is partnering with a manufacturing site in Fleckney to recruit an Accounts Payable Coordinator. You will process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, chase purchase orders and manage the shared inbox.

This permanent, full-time, on-site role offers £28,500 per year, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with an early Friday finish. The position requires daily travel to the Fleckney site and includes an on-site gym and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong background in UK accounts payable is required.

We're hiringtwo experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the accounts payable team at a manufacturing site in Fleckney.

What you'll be doing

• Importing supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Chasing purchase orders
• Monitoring the shared accounts inbox
• Using SAGE, email and the phone to keep things moving

What we're looking for

You’ll have experience in transactional finance, be comfortable with the tasks above and be able to commute to Fleckney each day.
