Job Description

The key responsbilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk include:

• Efficiently management and maintenance of the Accounts Payable function.
• Timely processing of invoices and expense claims.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements and with supplier query management
• Preparations and processing of payment runs.
• Assisting in monthly closings and prepare analysis of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members in the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• An academic background in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
