Description

  • Accurately process supplier invoices and ensure proper coding.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in responding to supplier queries and maintaining good relationships.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with month-end reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve accounts payable processes.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks related to the department as required.

Profile

A successful AP Clerk should have:

  • Experience in an accounts payable role within a retail setting.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Confidence in communicating with suppliers and internal teams.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of 12.60 to 15.40, based on experience.
