ABOUT THE ROLE
An Accounts Payable Administrator responsible for the daily processing of supplier invoices for a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
The role involves regular communication with the accounts team, property managers, and suppliers via email and phone to ensure timely processing and payment of invoices. You will collaborate closely with the accounts payable and property management teams to deliver excellent service to our clients.
WHAT MATTERS MOST IN THIS ROLE
Building and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers and colleagues is crucial. Initiative is encouraged. The role requires processing a high volume of supplier invoices, supporting the Senior Accounts Payable Administrator, and ensuring tasks meet internal and client KPIs to provide a top-tier service.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational, prioritization, communication skills, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and develop.

Salary Band: £22,500 - £26,000
