We have a great opportunity to join our Head Office as an Accounts Payable Associate!

Location: Eyre Court, Lincolnshire, with hybrid office/home-based working

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm with flexibility around start/finish times

About the role:

We are seeking a customer-focused team member to join our Accounting Operations team at the Lincolnshire Head Office. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in general accounting activities, including supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, posting journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing VAT returns.

This role is essential to our finance team within the Trust. You will work alongside colleagues dedicated to maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the Trust through excellent accounting, income processing, accounts payable, and payroll services. Ideal candidates will have experience (through work or studies) with accruals, depreciation, and fixed asset management. We value care for service delivery, the ability to work efficiently (especially during month-end), accuracy, and methodical work habits.
