We have a great opportunity to join our Head Office as an Accounts Payable Associate!

Location: Eyre Court, Lincolnshire, with hybrid office/home-based working

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm with flexibility around start/finish times

About the role:

We are looking for a customer-focused team member to join our Accounting Operations team in the Lincolnshire Head Office. You will be motivated by delivering an exceptional service and experience with general accounting activities including supporting the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, posting journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing VAT returns.

The role is integral to our finance team within the Trust. You will be working alongside a group of people who are all focused on promoting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the Trust through exceptional accounting, income processing, accounts payable, and payroll services. You will be experienced (through work or your studies) with accruals, depreciation, and fixed asset management. We’re looking for you to really care about the service you deliver, can work at pace (especially at month-end!), be accurate and methodical.
