Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Business Unit: Corporate Accounting

Primary Responsibilities

The Accounts Payable Associate position is responsible for processing invoices in the Workday Procurement System. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Verify invoice coding for accuracy
  • Manage and respond to inquiries in the AP Mailbox – suppliers and internal inquiries
  • Setup and maintain supplier information
  • Run report queries
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Accounts Payable or business related experience
  • Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload in a fast pace environment
  • Excel and Outlook skills needed
  • Must be a team player and able to multi task
  • Provide excellent customer service for external suppliers and internal employees
  • Workday knowledge a plus
