An established company in the leisure industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance department in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for seamless data input from supplier invoices into the Finance System and matching invoices with purchase orders. Role Overview

Responsible for the accurate and timely input of data from Suppliers invoices into the Finance System (Oracle AP).

Key accountabilities for The Accounts Payable Assistant include:

  • To ensure timely and accurate data entry of non-purchase order invoices in line with departmental KPI's and personal input targets set by Management
  • To match invoices with purchase orders within the AP system and effectively assist in the resolution of matching discrepancies
  • Visual screening and data input for non-oracle payments
  • To administer working folder in a timely and efficient manner
This role is classified as CUK15 and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
