As Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across our business. This part-time role (0.5 FTE) is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to cope with repetitive tasks
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver accurately and on time
  • A collaborative team player with good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Desirable:

  • Experience with XERO (accounting ledger)
  • Familiarity with ApprovalMax (purchase order and invoice processing)
  • Knowledge of Airwallex (payment system)
