Accounts Payable Analyst (Maternity Cover) – Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office (LS15 8ZB).

Responsibilities
  • Validate and process invoices, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders.
  • Record invoices onto Excel trackers.
  • Process a high volume of invoices.
  • Reconcile statements to the ledgers.
  • Weekly payment runs and allocations.
  • Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Support other team members when required.
Qualifications
  • Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • A can-do attitude, with a strong team working ethic.
