We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator for an ongoing temporary assignment within our impressive, large, rewarding and expanding Global client working within their Accounts Payable team based in Gloucester. These roles will be starting ASAP. Future permanent opportunities could become available for the right person.
The individual will be working on document retention checks for strict Europe, Middle East, Africa countries.
They will be collecting data mainly and finding missing copies of processed invoices.
They will also be contacting vendors who still send paper invoices to switch to electronic invoices.
They will also be supporting with other ad hoc administrative tasks.
Salary: £24,500 - £25,500
Hours: Monday - Friday - 40 hours remote working or working from the office, flexible start and finish times.
