Morgan McKinley is delighted to be working in partnership with a respected and established organisation based in Bristol. We are currently seeking a Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Accounts Payable professional or someone actively studying towards their AAT qualification and looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy finance environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Processing invoices accurately and efficiently to the correct ledgers
  • Liaising with contractors, internal departments, and regional managers to resolve invoice queries and ensure timely payments
  • Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
  • Supporting the finance and administration teams with day-to-day queries
  • Handling contractor statements and following up on missing documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring all communications are dealt with in a timely, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
  • Or actively studying AAT and eager to build your finance career
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
  • High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A team player with a proactive and can-do attitude
