Cardiff £120,000-£140,000 + Route to Equity

This is a genuinely senior opportunity within one of the strongest-performing independent firms in the region. The business is highly profitable, privately owned and entering another phase of investment and growth, but it is building from an already very successful base rather than trying to fix something that is broken.

Based in Cardiff, you would join an established leadership team within a successful accountancy firm, working alongside senior directors covering audit, accounts and tax, this is a business actively planning its next generation of leadership.
