Currently looking for a Resourcer/Accounts Manager who can take over this busy desk, managing approximately 100 temps per day. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be highly organized and self-motivated.
Excellent customer service skills are essential to build strong relationships with existing clients.
The daily responsibilities include checking in temps, registering candidates, advertising, liaising with clients to understand requirements and bookings, maintaining a temp availability list, and visiting job centres for interviews. The role will be supported by an administrator assisting with paperwork and payroll.
Occasional out-of-hours work may be required during the week.
