A leading recruitment consultancy is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join a forward-thinking employee-owned business in Inverness. The role involves overseeing daily financial operations and developing a small team while ensuring process efficiency and reporting accuracy. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their forward-thinking organisation based in Inverness. Working closely with the FC, this hands-on role will involve leading and developing a team of 4-5 staff to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
