Job description

About the role:

  • Data entry and maintain accurate complete account transcations
  • Handles (Non-trade) Accounts Payable Function
  • Accurately review a high volume of supplier invoices and ensure all documentation is correctly approved prior to payment
  • Ensure prompt payment in accordance wth credit terms and prepare payments.
  • Review monthly vendor reconciliation and statements are followed up.
  • Prepare monthly schedules for month-end closing.
  • Resolving invoices received without purchase order numbers.
  • Provide support to the office and the finance team in rectifying accounting problems.
  • Ensuring that the processing deadlines are met.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required or as instructed.

About you:

  • Singaporean/PR
  • Polytechnic/Diploma in accountancy or LCCI diploma in accountancy or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player.
  • Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
