Job summary

Streets is a modern, forward-thinking accountancy practice with 33 offices across the UK. Based in Peterborough, the Accounts & Audit Senior will deliver high-quality service to a varied client base, working closely with managers, partners and clients while developing junior colleagues.

You will prepare financial statements and independent examinations for charities and companies, assist with audits, cash flows and payroll duties, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/ACA CTA qualified or prepared to work towards.
• General Practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for clients including sole traders, partnerships, charities and limited companies.
• Prepare independent examinations for charity clients to be signed off by Partner.
• Assist manager with client audit function.
• Assist in the preparation of cash flows.
• Liaise with clients to resolve queries.
• Complete assignments within budget and on time.
• Produce draft computations and year end accounts.
• Review work by junior staff and assist in development.
