Qualifications

• Previous audit experience and ability to review accounts work.
• Experience mentoring or training junior staff.
• Comfortable working in a smaller, independent practice and within commutable distance of Chester.

Responsibilities

• Review year-end accounts and oversee projects from the wider team.
• Provide supervision and coaching to junior and senior staff.
• Maintain compliance and quality across accounts and general practice work.
• Carry out limited audits and ensure workload is balanced with review duties.
