Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with around £400-£500k GRF.
• Delegate accounting, audit, and ad-hoc duties.
• Attend and lead client meetings when required.
• Manage and oversee audit planning and execution, including leading audits or supervising seniors.
• Train and develop team members beneath you.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in an accountancy practice in a similar role.
• Motivated to progress through studies and build a career.
• Experience managing junior staff.
• Commercial awareness.
• Qualified (AAT, ACA, ACCA).
• Knowledge of accounting standards and diverse client base.
• Proficient in IT systems such as Xero, Excel, Sage.
• Ability to develop client relationships and uphold service standards.
