Job summary

Gravita, a growing, tech-enabled UK accounting practice, is seeking an Accounts Associate Manager to prepare complex statutory financial statements, corporation tax computations, and other compliance deliverables for a diverse client portfolio.

Reporting to Associate Directors, you’ll coach Senior and junior staff, review work from offshore teams, seek improvements, and support business development through client relationships and referrals.

Qualifications

• Typically ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in practice.
• Proficient in Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks and Excel.
• Committed to CPD and professional development.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organised, proactive and able to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Review complex and straightforward accounts and tax returns under supervision.
• Coach and review junior staff and offshore teams.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Identify improvements to processes and workflows.
• Liaise with clients to obtain information and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP.
