Job Description
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Accountancy Services: Oversee the delivery of accountancy services, including financial reporting, tax planning, and audit.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of the firm.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the firm.
Compliance: Ensure all accountancy practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
Education: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in accountancy, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accountancy software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations.
