Alexander Daniels are supporting a growing business in Wednesbury with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transactional finance professional looking for a varied, all-round role.

The role covers purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, cash allocation and month-end duties, with the wider finance team and ad hoc tasks.

Competenze

• Experience in Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Bookkeeping roles.
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of finance.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / ERP systems.
• A proactive and hands-on approach.

• Purchase ledger and sales ledger processing.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Credit control and customer account management.
• Processing supplier payments.
