Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd in Oldham is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join a friendly finance team. This varied role will involve handling invoices, ledgers, month-end tasks and payroll support, building on your existing accounting experience.

You will use Excel and accounting software daily, work with the wider team on day-to-day tasks, and develop your skills in a supportive environment. The role is full-time and office-based in the Greater Manchester area.

Competenze

• Previous experience as Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of general accounting processes.
• Confident using Excel and accounting systems.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and is keen to learn.

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Managing purchase and sales ledger transactions
• Processing payments and keeping financial records up to date
• Completing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
