Position: Accounts Assistant

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Location: Witney (OX28) with hybrid working

Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours with some flexibility around working hours)

Experience: Purchase Ledger, Invoices, Invoicing, Payments, Accounts, Finance, Finance Support, Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to be working alongside our well-established property client based in Witney to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

As Accounts Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide highly accurate support within the existing finance team. Day-to-day duties will include completing purchase ledger duties including processing supplier and subcontractor invoices and payments, answering invoice queries, processing company credit card payments and employee expense claims.

Whilst providing support to teams of staff across the wider business with unique finance-related queries, the successful Accounts Assistant should also be confident to complete ad-hoc duties as well as learning and improving property-related finance systems and processes.
