Our client in Ascot is offering a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, driven individual to join their dynamic finance team as an Accounts Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process sales and purchase invoices with precision and efficiency
  2. Post journals and assist in regular financial reporting
  3. Investigate and resolve unprocessed items swiftly
  4. Reconcile supplier and bank statements, ensuring accuracy
  5. Provide support with ad-hoc finance tasks as required
  6. Manage incoming calls and communications in a professional manner
What We're Looking For:
  1. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, and ideally some exposure to finance software
  2. A positive, resilient attitude with a passion for improving processes
  3. Excellent numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail
  4. The ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in building and sustaining supplier relationships
  6. A drive to learn and grow within the finance industry, particularly towards management accounting
