Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the community? We're on the hunt for an Accounts Assistant to join our passionate team in Gravesend.

• Role: Accounts Assistant


• Location: Gravesend


• Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm


• Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
As an Accounts Administrator, your day-to-day activities will be both varied and fulfilling. You will play a critical role in ensuring operations run smoothly.

• Supporting the team in reconciling payments with the bank to ensure transparency and accuracy


• Logging cash and cheque payments in the CRM system


• Preparing data imports to keep records up-to-date and accurate


• Engaging with our clients over the phone, providing them with the assistance they need


• Linking donations to campaigns to reflect ongoing initiatives


• Handling return-to-sender mail efficiently to maintain our communication flow


• Engaging with our clients over the phone, providing them with the assistance they need


• Dealing with incoming post


• There may be other tasks as required to support the team and our mission, so a flexible and proactive attitude is a must
