Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger

CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a successful manufacturing business, which is part of a larger group, with their recruitment of a temporary Accounts Assistant. The role will initially be for a few weeks; however, it may become permanent for the right candidate.

What will the temporary Accounts Assistant role involve?

1. Matching and processing multicurrency purchase ledger invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing the invoices for payments.
2. Supporting sales ledger and payroll as required.
3. Assist with the month-end reporting.

Suitable Candidate for the temporary Accounts Assistant vacancy:

1. Previous purchase ledger experience.
2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Available immediately or at short notice.
