Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk - Chesterfield

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)

Hours: 16 - 25 hours per week, over 2 to 3 days (Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Processing and matching up to 300 invoices per week
  2. Keeping supplier records and statements accurate and up to date
  3. Managing company expenses, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations
  4. Investigating purchase ledger queries and liaising with suppliers
  5. Supporting finance reporting and ensuring seamless operations
What We're Looking For:
  1. At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role
  2. Xero accounting software knowledge
  3. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages
  4. Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  5. A proactive, adaptable approach and a team-first mindset
  6. Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity
