Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant/Legal Cashier looking for a role where your precision and understanding of legal finance make a real difference? If so, my client is seeking a confident and capable Accounts Assistant/Legal Cashier to take on a key position within their finance team, with options for full or part-time work to suit your needs.

As the firm’s Accounts Assistant/Legal Cashier, your responsibilities will include processing office and client transactions, managing electronic payments, supervising bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules. You will also handle supplier payments, manage debtors, support payroll processing, and respond to finance-related queries from clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a law firm setting, a good knowledge of SAR, and confidence using systems such as Leap, Xero, or Sage.
