Job summary

Ballyrobert Limited is seeking an Accounts Assistant to be based in Bangor to manage sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations and month-end activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months accounts experience, strong IT skills (MS Office and Excel) and a keen eye for detail. Kerridge experience is advantageous, and full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months accounts experience.
• Experience within the motor industry would be advantageous; Kerridge system experience preferred but full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a team player.
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sales ledger – including bank lodgments, cash posting and credit control
• Purchase Ledger – including invoice input, payment allocation, supplier reconciliations and online banking
• Reconcile bank statements and nominal ledger accounts
• Assist with the year end audit
• General office administration including telephone cover
