Mind Retail are hiring an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Team in processing invoices and ensuring timely payments. You will collaborate with colleagues, regional managers, and suppliers to keep records accurate and up to date.

The role offers a practical chance to apply finance knowledge, improve processes, and grow within a supportive environment. Retail experience is helpful but not essential, with a focus on accuracy and numeracy.

Qualifications

• In-depth financial understanding and ability to interpret invoices and payments.
• Strong numeracy and attention to accuracy in data entry.
• Experience in a retail or consumer environment is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices promptly and ensure timely supplier payments.
• Support weekly BACS runs and confirm payments are completed.
• Be the first point of contact for supplier payment queries and provide updates.
• Identify and suggest improvements to current financial processes.
