We're Hiring: Accounts Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations


  • Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure precision in financial records


  • Support the preparation of key financial reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements


  • Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers with efficiency and accuracy


  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies


  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry and filing

    • AAT qualified or equivalent experience in accounts administration
