Accounts assistant required for a Hotel. This role will be focused on credit control and general accounts duties. The position is based within a Hotel and is a Monday–Friday role. Salary is around GBP27k, and candidates ideally should have knowledge of Hotel accounts or Hospitality industry accounts.
As an accounts assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the credit control desk within the accounts team. You will ensure that operations run smoothly, debtor days are within target levels, and invoices are chased and recorded. You will also cover other parts of accounts as needed. This role includes all standard account duties.
We are looking for an accounts assistant ideally with a hotel background within accounts. You should understand credit control and effective ways to chase invoices. Being organized and able to produce reports and plans for invoice chasing is essential.
