Job summary

Saxtons in Chelmsford is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to support the daily financial operations and prepare accounts up to trial balance. You will assist with Sales and Purchase Ledgers, cash postings, and month-end tasks within a dedicated dealership team.

The role requires excellent Excel and IT skills, experience with Sage Accounting and Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop, and a track record in finance within the Retail Motor Industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts or finance with an eye for detail.
• Experience reconciling control accounts and preparing accounts to trial balance.
• Excellent Excel and IT skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop Dealer Management System and Sage Accounting is highly desirable.
