Job description

Job Summary
Based in Willand, conveniently located between junctions 27 and 28 of the M5, this is an office-based role. Working hours are 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an Accounts Logistics Coordinator you will be a key member of our small, high-performing office team, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations. You’ll receive a warm welcome and continual support with exciting scope for the right candidate to shape the direction of the role, and become an integral part of our future growth plans.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining and updating all accounts and sales orders using spreadsheets and our bespoke trading system.
  2. Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners regarding account queries, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  3. Reprocessing and reconciling daily stock data, including participation in regular stock control checks.
  4. Supporting the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  5. Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and service.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Experience in iBridge.
  2. Accountancy experience and qualifications.
  3. Proven experience within purchasing, logistics and supply chain, or ability to demonstrate transferable skills from a relevant office based role within a B2B environment.
  4. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively, and a natural aptitude for taking personal ownership of complex processes and tasks.
  5. Demonstrable ability to use basic Excel functions to record, manipulate, and report on essential operational data.
  6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an excellent level of numeracy.
  7. Background in finance is desirable.
