VANRATH are searching for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a growing business in Craigavon. Reporting to the Managing Accountant you will be responsible for a varied role within the finance function.

What you'll do

  • Support accounts receivable and payable functions.
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll, including generating payroll reports.
  • Monitor time and attendance records.
  • Reconcile payroll, ensuring accuracy in rates and proper updates for new hires and leavers.
  • Prepare payroll journal entries.
  • Address payroll queries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring reports are accurate.
  • Perform office administration tasks as needed.

About you

  • 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant or Payroll experience
  • Working knowledge of HMRC UK payroll
  • Excellent communication skills
