Position

Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper working within our client services department

Qualifications
  • AAT Part or Qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Salary - Competitive salary dependent on candidate experience and qualification(s).
  • Hours - Full time or part time considered.
We are looking for
  • Experience in Xero, Sage and Excel is a necessity.
  • You will have your own portfolio of clients and be responsible for all aspects of monthly bookkeeping, from reconciling bank accounts, sales and purchase ledgers and other control accounts.
  • You must be able to work independently and have good time management to ensure monthly deadlines for VAT returns and management accounts are met.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must.
  • The role is office based but may require working at clients premises from time to time.
  • Key skills required - problem solving, attention to detail, precision with processing.
