Ashley Rees Associates Ltd., a Bristol-based accountancy practice, is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team. The role offers AAT study support if desired and provides scope to develop skills within a well–established, independent firm.

Duties include preparing accounts for sole traders and limited companies, calculating VAT, handling personal and corporate tax computations, resolving client queries, assisting with payroll, and supporting ad hoc duties within the accounting team.

Competenze

• Experience working in an accountancy practice.
• Familiarity with Sage and/or Xero.
• Willingness to study with AAT (support available).

Mansioni

• Prepare accounts for sole traders and limited companies.
• Calculate VAT.
• Perform personal and corporate tax computations.
• Resolve client queries.
