IN A NUTSHELL

Here at Bulk we have established a strong ongoing trading relationship with Amazon and have recently expanded our trading to include international Wholesale partners. We require an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a fixed term basis to continue management of the Amazon and Wholesale debtor ledgers from a transactional perspective.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and organised individual with strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn. You'll gain finance experience working within a fast paced environment that will provide you with a firm knowledge base to develop your skills and knowledge.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Daily management of data entry of invoices and credit notes onto the Amazon portal across 6 countries and 3 currencies.
  • Processing Amazon Shortages and Rebates per country in company ERP insuring postings are correctly posted against cost codes.
  • Processing Amazon marketing invoices against each country debtor ledger on monthly basis.
  • Reconciling Amazon payment settlements to invoices and credit notes on Amazon customer account.
  • With support of Finance Operations Team Leader, identifying, investigating and resolving any outstanding sales ledger items.
  • Liaising with Amazon directly via email/raising dispute claims via vendor central.
  • Managing Wholesale Invoices and payment collection.
  • Performing key reconciliations.
  • Assisting with monthly reporting.
  • General office administration as required.
  • Ad hoc tasks required by the business and managers.
    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
  • IT Literate with a good understanding of Excel and Formulas.
  • Netsuite Experience desirable.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and KPIs.
  • Methodical and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on tasks independently.
  • Finance qualifications are not required, but beneficial.

HYBRID: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
