Qualifications

• Previous experience within an accounts environment (accounts assistant/finance administrator)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numerical skills and ability to work with financial data
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide support across daily finance and accounting activities
• Process invoices, payments and financial transactions accurately
• Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
• Assist with accounts payable and general ledger activities
• Investigate and resolve finance queries where required
• Update and maintain finance systems and spreadsheets
• Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects
