The role focuses on sales and purchase invoices, supplier queries, and general accounts administration, with training provided. A suitable candidate will have experience in finance, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a finance or accounts team.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics NAV advantageous).
• Strong IT skills with Excel and Office.

Aufgaben

• Process and issue sales invoices to group companies.
• Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with procurement to resolve invoice queries.
• Assist supplier payment runs and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Provide general accounts administration support.
