MCS Group are delighted to partner with a family-run transport and haulage company in the Clogher Valley, County Tyrone, to recruit an Accounts Assistant. The role reports to the Finance Manager and covers purchase invoices, supplier reconciliations and payments.

Salary around £30k+ DOE, with 28 days holidays and study support towards accountancy exams. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative or accounts roles and familiarity with accountancy systems, within a busy transport

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or accounts roles.
• Familiar with accountancy systems.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Post payments against supplier accounts.
• Telephone queries.
• Other ad hoc duties outlined in the job specification.
